US President Donald Trump and Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky meet in the Oval Office of the White House in Washington, DC, February 28, 2025. Zelensky and Trump openly clashed in the White House on February 28 at a meeting where they were due to sign a deal on sharing Ukraine’s mineral riches and discuss a peace deal with Russia. “You’re not acting at all thankful. It’s not a nice thing,” Trump said. “Its going to be very hard to do business like this,” he added. (Photo by SAUL LOEB / AFP)
By this point, everyone knew President Donald Trump nuked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for being “disrespectful” on Friday during a heated Oval Office meeting.
Hilariously, during the meeting, a reporter cut short Trump asked Zelensky why he doesn’t wear a suit. “Why don’t you wear a suit? Do you own a suit? A lot of Americans have a problem with you not respecting the dignity of the office,” Brian Glenn, Chief White House Correspondent at Real America’s Voice, donning a blue suit, asked.
“I will wear a costume after this war will finish. Maybe something like yours, maybe something better, I don’t know. We will see. Maybe something cheaper,” Zelensky replied.

MAGA reporter says Zelensky has ‘lack of respect’ for America
Following the Oval Office meeting, Glenn took to X to express his dissatisfaction, “His wardrobe is a direct reflection of the lack of respect Zelensky has for our country. Period.”
“Critics can make fun of me all they want. I don’t care.”
Interestingly, the Real America’s Voice host is dating MAGA congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who also torched the Ukrainian President in a recent post.
“I’m so proud of @brianglenntv for pointing out that Zelensky has so much disrespect for America that he can’t even wear a suit in the Oval Office when he comes to beg for money from our President!!,” posted along with a video of her bf asking Zelensky the question.
Notably, earlier in the day, Trump told Zelensky, “Oh look, you’re all dressed up,” just as he arrived at the White House.
Zelensky wore a black sweater – the same color and cut he has donned every time he’s appeared in droopy military fatigues. Traced on the sweater was the Ukrainian trident else known as a tryzub. Ukraine has a three-pronged spear, which is visible on its coat of arms and is a national symbol of Ukraine.
