Carol Vorderman took to Instagram to show fans her toned-up physique during a gym workout whilst on holiday in Portugal.
The 61-year-old mathematician was all smiles in her orange sports bra, leopard print gym leggings, and Stella McCartney trainers, flaunting toned abs, strong biceps and trim legs.
The former Countdown star wore her long blonde hair tumbling down as she took to the exercise steps.
She wrote: “Spending a fair bit of time in the gym here….learning new routines thanks to @sarahwillingham and @robrinder too …
Fans commented that the star was “glowing”, “looking fabulous”, “stunning” and “Staggeringly beautiful as always”.
Another added: “Wow you look incredible – such an inspiration”.
The TV host has also been enjoying morning swims and paddleboarding abroad, posting her active lifestyle on her Instagram much to the admiration of fans and friends.
On a paddleboarding video, GMB newsreader Susanna Reid commented: “Just gets better”, with a clapping emoji.
The 61-year-old had run through another workout with Jason Vale, also known as the Juice Master.
She wrote: “A bit of dancing and core workout…..cycling….leg lifts….tried a shoulder stand but my life jacket got in the way….Just as well…“Then we clipped the boards together and did a bit of Hawaii 5-0 paddling… Just happy on the water.”
